5. A2P Compliance

a. Consent:

Obtain prior express written consent from message recipients, documented with timestamp, purpose, and scope.

Ensure consent aligns with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier guidelines.

b. Opt-Out Mechanisms:

Include clear opt-out instructions (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe") in every message.

Honor opt-outs immediately and refrain from contacting opted-out numbers.

c. Message Content:

Accurately identify your business name and purpose in messages.

Prohibited content: Deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal material.

d. Compliance:

Adhere to TCPA, CTIA, GDPR, CCPA, and carrier-specific rules.

You bear responsibility for fines/penalties due to non-compliance.

6. Data Privacy

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Users must comply with data protection regulations for recipient information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software provided by Ronin Consulting are owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
